We believe that the mass of the primary nuclide 128Te with the longest and experimentally confirmed half-life should serve as the testable mass for detecting proton self-decay. The self-decay of a proton will differ from ordinary radioactivity by much more energy released during it.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Несопоставимо чаще раньше распадается ядро атома, а протон продолжает своё существование, но в исключительно редких случаях возможна обратная последовательность: самораспад протона предваряет момент распада ядра. Мы полагаем, что проверяемой массой для обнаружения самораспада протона должна служить масса первичного нуклида 128Te с самым длительным и подтвержденным экспериментально периодом полураспада.
